Shipping is free on everything we sell. There is no minimum spend, no surcharge for regional or remote addresses, and no handling fee added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Orders are dispatched directly from our supply workshop rather than a local warehouse. Shipping straight from where the gear is made is how we keep prices where they are — the trade-off is that delivery takes longer than it would from a depot down the road.
We would rather set that expectation up front. If you need something this week, we are not the right choice, and we would rather you knew before you ordered than after.
15–17 days from order to door. That figure covers everything — picking and packing at our end, plus transit to your address.

Customs inspections, public holidays and peak periods around Christmas and Lunar New Year can add time. We will tell you if we know your order is affected.
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
One thing worth knowing: tracking often sits quiet for the first few days while the parcel moves through the export hub, then updates in a burst once it reaches Australia. A silent tracking number in week one is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Australian weapons law is set state by state, so we cannot send every product to every address. Slingshot frames ship to Queensland, Tasmania and the ACT. Bands, targets, ammunition and other accessories ship to every state except the Northern Territory.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for Australian GST, so no tax is added at checkout, and nothing further is payable when your parcel arrives.
Goods valued under A$1,000 generally clear the Australian border without duty or GST. Almost every order we send falls under that figure.
Ordering more than A$1,000 worth at once? Consignments above that value can attract GST and customs charges at the border, which the recipient pays. If your cart is getting close, email [email protected] and we will send it as separate parcels so you are not caught out.
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, the address cannot be changed, and parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address will need to be re-sent.
If your parcel is late, damaged or does not arrive, email [email protected] with your order number. We will replace it or refund you. Return postage, when it is needed, is on us.
