TrueForks started with a simple observation: the gear that makes the outdoors genuinely fun — slingshots, fishing rigs, survival kit — deserved a store that takes it as seriously as its owners do.
So we built one. Honest specs on every listing, a warranty on everything, and a catalog where every single item has been drawn, shot, fished with or field-carried before it earned a page.
Why Slingshots?
Because a slingshot is honest. No batteries to charge, no subscription, no shortcut — just a frame, a band, and the hours you put in. It rewards patience, punishes sloppiness, and turns a quiet afternoon into a discipline.
We fell for that honesty, and then noticed how hard it was to buy good frames outside of luck: marketplaces full of copied listings, invented specs and no one to ask. TrueForks is the store we wished existed — curated frames, real specifications, spare bands always in stock, and a human being on the other end of every email.

Slingshots
Flat-band, wrist-brace, long-rod and trigger frames in 304 stainless, TC21 titanium and stitched hardwood — from first frame to shelf piece.
Fishing Slingshots
Integrated reels, stainless fish darts and trigger releases. Most frames convert back to steel-ball shooting with one band swap.
Outdoor Gear
Survival kits from pocket EDC to 300-piece family loadouts, water filtration in every format, and emergency power that works off-grid.
How a Product Earns a Page
Every candidate gets unboxed, assembled and used the way you would use it. Slingshots get drawn and shot — band changes timed, sights checked against real groups. Fishing rigs go to the water. Kits get unpacked, inventoried against their own piece counts, and repacked blind.
What survives gets photographed, specified honestly — including the caveats — and listed. What does not, you never see. The catalog grows monthly, but only at the pace of testing.
