Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes. An order is confirmed once payment is completed; you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping
Orders ship with tracking and typically arrive within 15u{2013}17 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
Warranty & Returns
Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 months of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See Returns & Warranty.
Responsible Use
Slingshots and related equipment must be used in accordance with the laws of your country and region. The customer is responsible for confirming that ordered products are permitted at the destination and for their safe, lawful use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrueForks is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, modification, or failure to follow product instructions.
