You have 30 days from delivery to send something back for a refund, and you do not need a reason. We ask that the item is unused and in its original packaging — for frames, that means bands not yet fitted.

We do. You will not be asked to cover the cost of sending something back, whether it is a change of mind or a warranty claim.

Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from delivery. If a frame cracks, a fitting fails or something is faulty on arrival, we replace it or refund you.
Bands and pouches are not covered, because they are consumable. Latex fatigues with every draw and with exposure to sun and heat — a set that lasts a few thousand shots has done its job. No maker warrants against that.

Payment is handled by our payment provider on their own secure systems. Available methods are shown at checkout. Your card number never reaches us — we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.

No. We are not registered for Australian GST, so no tax is added at checkout and nothing further is payable on delivery.
Goods under A$1,000 clear the border without duty, and nearly every order falls under that. If you are buying more than A$1,000 worth at once, email us first — we will split it into separate parcels so it does not get held up at customs.

Lighter bands draw easier and suit target practice and smaller ammo. Heavier bands store more energy and suit larger ammo, at the cost of a harder draw and shorter band life.
If you are new to it, start lighter than you think. A band you can draw comfortably and repeatably will teach you more than one you can barely pull.
